Bonus Programs
Personal LP Payout
For Leaders and above who generate over 100 LP in a month, the first
and second generation payout levels are reversed with payout of
commissions beginning at the distributor's personal level on his/her
Volume over 100 LP. The distributor will receive 25 percent on
his/her personal Volume in excess of 100 LP, his/her upline sponsor
will receive two percent and the next upline distributor will
receive five percent. The payout will continue according to the Life
Rewards Plan until all levels of the plan are paid out.
Rapid Reward Program
As if the Life Rewards Plan didn't already offer enough
incentives, it also rewards you even further for each new
distributor you enroll! On a new recruit's first product order, the
first two levels of the compensation plan are reversed so that the
enroller receives 15%-25% commission! The enroller's immediate
upline receives 5%. This bonus only occurs on the first order.

Purchase a Distributor Business Success Kit
Generate 100 Personal LP of 4Life Products
Enroll in AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for 100 LP (not
required for Europe, Asia and Mexico)
Once you have met the requirements of becoming a Leader 4Life,
maintaining your Leader position is simple! Just purchase 100 LP of
products monthly and remain on AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip - that's
all you have to do to reap the rewards of this outstanding position.
NOTE: When customers purchase a
minimum of 100 LP per month directly under a distributor's ID#, that
automatically cancels/suspend the Back-up AutoShip from coming to
you in a given month. I can explain more about this system by phone.

Preferred Customer Program
The Preferred Customer Program does not require a sign-up fee and
allows individuals who may not be interested in the business
building aspect of 4Life to purchase products from the entire line
of 4Life Products at wholesale cost. The Customer Program allows you
to purchase products for personal use, although reselling products
for retail profit is prohibited. Because you will only be purchasing
products for personal consumption, you will not have the opportunity
to participate in the Life Rewards Plan.
As a 4Life Distributor, you can enroll Preferred Customers into
your organization and benefit from their product purchases. Enrolled
Preferred Customers are placed on the frontline of your
organization, enabling you to receive 15-25% commission (depending
on your qualification level) on each and every order the customer
places. You'll receive your commissions from Preferred Customers
twice a month with your Rapid Reward Checks.
Importance of AutoShip
One of the strengths of the 4Life Compensation Plan is its
ability to provide a more stable income as a result of the
requirement for distributors above the rank of Associate to be
enrolled in AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip. For this reason, it is
crucial for you to be enrolled in one of these programs in order to
meet your personal monthly qualification requirements. By wisely
taking advantage of the convenience of one of these programs, you
will avoid accidentally missing your monthly qualification, free up
your time and ensure receiving your bonus check each and every
month.
AutoShip and Back-up AutoShip are uniquely designed to let you
pre-select the 4Life products you want and have them automatically
shipped to you each month, eliminating the need for monthly
ordering. You receive the products you want most-when you want them.
Then every month, you can count on your order being delivered like
clockwork-hassle free.
AutoShip (not required for Europe,
Asia and Mexico)
Choose the date you want your AutoShip order to be sent (any day
between the 1st and 19th of each month) Decide which products you
want to receive each month. You can customize the date and content
of your AutoShip order as often as you like.
Back-up AutoShip (not required for
Europe, Asia and Mexico)
Back-up AutoShip includes any combination of products you choose
that totals at least 100 LP. If no product has been ordered on your
account (totaling 100 LP) as of the date of your Back-up AutoShip,
your Back-up AutoShip order will be sent to you automatically.
Decide on which products you want to receive every month. Choose the
date you want your order to be sent (any day between the 21st and
25th of the month)
You may suspend or cancel AutoShip at anytime without penalty.*

*All changes to your AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip orders must be
made in writing. To maintain a distributorship at the Leader 4Life
position in the Life Rewards Plan, a distributor is required to
remain on AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip or their status will be
affected.
Rewards at all Levels!
Associate Qualification (I always recommend to start as a
Leader)
Generate 50 personal LP in each calendar month. This qualifies the
Distributor to receive 2% commission (1st generation) and 15%
commission (2nd generation). They will also qualify for
participation in the Power Pool. Leader QualificationGenerate 100
personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on AutoShip or
Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP and enroll four Associates or
above (two must be frontline), each with a minimum monthly purchase
of 100 LP. The Leader is now qualified to receive commissions on
three generations; 2% (1st generation), 25% (2nd generation) and 5%
(3rd generation). They will also qualify for participation in the
Power Pool.
Diamond Qualification
Generate 100 personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on
AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP and enroll six
Associates or above (three must be frontline), each with a minimum
monthly purchase of 100 LP. The Diamond must have 3,000 GLP in his
or her first 3 levels (without compression). In addition to the
commissions earned by a Leader, a Diamond is now qualified to
receive the 4th generation infinity bonus; 6% (4th generation to
infinity unless interrupted by another Diamond or higher). They will
also qualify for participation in the Power Pool.
Presidential Diamond Qualification
Generate 100 personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on
AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll
eight Associates or above (four must be frontline), each with a
minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP and have 10,000 GLP in his or her
first 3 levels (without compression). A Pres. Diamond must also have
two separate Legs containing at least one distributor with a paid as
rank of Diamond or higher. In addition to commissions earned as a
Diamond, the Pres. Diamond now receives 12% on the 4th generation
infinity bonus and 6% Infinity Pass-Through Bonuses, as well as two
additional levels of Infinity Bonuses (3% through 2 generations of
distributors with a rank of Presidential Diamond or higher.) They
will also qualify for participation in the Power Pool.
International Diamond Qualification
Generate 100 personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on
AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll
ten Associates or above (five must be frontline), each with a
minimum purchase of 100 LP and have 20,000 GLP in his or her first 3
levels (without compression). An Int. Diamond must also have two
separate legs containing at least one distributor with a paid rank
of Pres. Diamond or higher. In addition to receiving all the
benefits of a Pres. Diamond, he or she will qualify for two
additional levels of Infinity Bonuses (2% through 2 generations of
distributors with a rank of Int. Diamond or higher). They will also
qualify for participation in the Power and Premier Pools.
Gold International Diamond Qualification
Generate 100 personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on
AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll
twelve Associates or above (six must be frontline), each with a
minimum purchase of 100 LP and have 20,000 GLP in his or her first 3
levels (without compression). A Gold Int. Diamond must also have
three separate Legs containing at least one distributor with a paid
rank of Int. Diamond or higher, plus at least 250,000 LP in
Organizational Volume. In addition to receiving all the benefits of
an Int. Diamond, he or she will qualify for two additional levels of
Infinity Bonuses (2% through 2 generations of distributors with a
rank of Gold Int. Diamond or higher). They will also qualify for
participation in the Power and Premier Pools.
Platinum International Diamond Qualification
Generate 100 personal LP in each calendar month, be signed up on
AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll
twelve Associates or above (six must be frontline), each with a
minimum purchase of 100 LP and have 20,000 GLP in his or her first 3
levels (without compression). A Platinum Int. Diamond must also have
three separate Legs containing at least one distributor with a paid
rank of Gold Int. Diamond or higher, plus at least one million LP in
Organizational Volume. In addition to receiving all the benefits of
a Gold International Diamond, he or she begins to qualify for
participation in the Platinum Pool (1% of the company LP).
Bonus Pools and
Dream Vacations
3% Power Pool -
Starts Jan. 1, 2003
The Power Pool
represents three percent of 4Life’s monthly LP. Each time that three
new distributors in your organization, whom you personally enrolled,
purchase at least 100 LP for two consecutive months, you will be
eligible to participate in the Power Pool. Two percent of the Power
Pool will be paid to distributors on a pro rata basis based upon the
new volume brought into their organization by the new distributors.
This payment will be made on the tenth day of the month following
the two-month period. The remaining one percent of the Power Pool
will be used to provide select distributors, qualifying for the
Power Pool, with “The Great Escape.” Winners of The Great Escape
will be selected through a random drawing held each month. These
trips will occur on a monthly basis and each winner will receive a
dream vacation for two, paid for by 4Life. Distributors qualifying
for the Power Pool will receive one drawing ticket for each new
distributor brought into their organization with at least 100 LP and
two drawing tickets for each new distributor brought into their
organization with at least 400 LP.
An estimated 10 to
12 couples will win the free 5 day 4 nights vacation every month.

2% Premier Pool
- Starts March 1, 2003
The Premier Pool
represents two percent of 4Life’s monthly LP and is established for
the benefit of Int. Diamonds and Gold Int. Diamonds. The Pool is
paid out on the 15th of the month following the bonus period.
One-half of the amount paid through the Pool is paid on a pro rata
basis based on shares earned. Each month a distributor qualifies as
an Int. Diamond, one share of the pool will be earned. Each month a
distributor qualifies as a Gold Int. Diamond, two shares of the pool
will be earned. The remaining half of the amount paid through the
Premier Pool is paid on a pro rata basis based upon monthly Paid-on
Volume of the eligible distributors. Paid-on Volume represents the
LP in your organization upon which you receive commissions.
In addition, a
portion of the Premier Pool and Platinum Pool is allocated to
provide a special, annual Grand Adventure for exceptional Int.
Diamonds, Gold Int. Diamonds and Platinum Int. Diamonds.
Distributors qualifying as Int. Diamonds for at least ten months, as
Gold Int. Diamonds for six months or Platinum Int. Diamonds for two
months during the year will be rewarded with the annual Grand
Adventure.
